For more than 30 years, I worked in service industries, from human resources to retirement plan administration, in both profit and non profit companies.  During my career, I learned the ins and outs of running a business, including accounting, budgeting, hiring staff, and client service.  

At times, my work involved traveling.  It was while staying at various inns and hotels, that B&B's began to interest me.  Once you've hit the road a few times, a hotel is just a hotel, no matter how upscale.  But B&B’s have a warmer, cozier atmosphere-- more like home.  And the hosts are more attentive, more willing to tell you what is unique about their B&B, to share a point of interest, which you usually do not get at a hotel.  Then, there's the food.  I’ve remembered many a trip because of the meals I had.  And if a dish was really exceptional, I’d ask about it: the ingredients that went into it, the preparation of it, the chemistry behind it and, most of all, my ability to replicate it for friends and family. 

When I decided to retire from the corporate arena and start my own business, I envisioned a company that would combine my belief in quality service with my love of  food.  And I'd do it in a setting that would make people feel at home.  Thus, B&B and More was born and strives to bring you the best in hospitality services by pledging:
